A mediation and Collaborative training was held at University of Siena by Michele Guillaume – Hofburg and Ronald D. Ousky with the translation of Sihem Djebbi on May 24 and 25. Many lawyers and mediators have joined and been trained in Collaborative practice, unknown for most of them yet.
Still so long path for spreading Collaborative Law in Italy but we can work it out!
