Look at Wonderwoman and listen to the New Goddess Culture
On September 23, 2020 the Italian Parliament ratified the Council Europe’s Faro Convention (2005) on the Value of Cultural Heritage for Society. It is based on the idea that knowledge and use of heritage form part of the citizen’s right to participate in cultural life as defined in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. The main question seems to be the meaning of “those restrictions which are necessary in a democratic society for the protection of the public interest and the rights and freedoms of others” (art. 4). Waiting for the circle answer, enjoy the Preamble: human being and values at the centre of an enlarged and cross-disciplinary concept of cultural heritage, dialogue and peace among cultures and religions, to every people its own heritage.
